1/2 c. half + half, milk, or almond milk

1/4 a vanilla bean

a pinch of salt

a small orange or tangerine

1/4 c. + 2 TB raisins

1/4 c + 2 TB pecans

1/4 c. + 2 TB almonds

1/4 c. shredded unsweetened coconut

6-8 prunes

1/4-1/2 c. yogurt, plus more as needed

1 apple

2 TB honey

optional: sunflower seeds, wheat germ, wheat bran, flaxseeds (add to the nut mixture the night before), other fruit (add with the apple)
