1/2 cup soy milk

1/2 cup coconut milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp grated lemon zest

8 oz frozen raspberries

1 tbsp Water

3 tbsp sugar

1 tsp lemon Juice

1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

1/3 cup cream cheese or tofutti cream cheese

3 1/2 cup Confectioners sugar

1/2 x vanilla bean, seeded, or vanilla extract

1 tbsp soymilk

6 oz white chocolate, melted
