2 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 yellow onion, diced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
