Ingredients for 12 servings

4 egg whites

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup 1% low-fat milk

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 cup soy flour

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1 cup frozen blueberries

3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt (I use organic Balkan style)

1 cup wheat bran (I use quaker natural bran flakes)

1 cup quick oats

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1/4 cup honey (or cane sugar)
