2.0 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion , chopped

100.0g cashews

handful coriander leaves, roughly chopped

200.0g basmati rice

400.0g cauliflower , cut into small florets

400.0g can chickpeas , rinsed and drained

425.0g jar curry sauce (we used Loyd Grossman's Dopiaza)
