1 (2-1/2 pound) flat cut beef brisket; ground twice, or, have your butcher grind for you

1 teaspoon Worchester sauce

2 cloves pressed garlic

1 teaspoon toasted onion powder

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

6 (1 oz. slices) of a cheese of your choice

Iceberg lettuce - shredded or 6 lettuce leaves

6 beefsteak tomato slices

An array of favorite burger accompaniments (optional); although this burger is perfect as is

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt & pepper

6 artisan cheesy buns
