Ingredients for 1 serving

3/4 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup vanilla nonfat greek yogurt (any yogurt will work, but I like Greek for the added protein)

1/2 mango coconut water (I used Zico, but regular coconut water would be fine)

2 TB shredded coconut

Optional: stevia or honey to taste
