Ingredients

4 cups cauliflower (about 1medium-large head of cauliflower)

1/4 cup egg whites

1/2 cup Low fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Pinch pepper (or to taste)

Optional Any other seasoning you desire, or 1 packet sweetener for slightly sweet/salty taste!

1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese (I used regular, not low fat, it doesn’t melt very good!)

1/4 cup Chives, or green onions, finely chopped + additional for topping if desired

4 Pieces center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
