  • 1 tsp Toasted Spice Rub, recipe follows
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 3 large mangoes, ripe but not soft (you can substitute apricots, peaches, nectarines or pears)
  • 1/8 tsp finely ground sea salt, preferably gray salt
  • 8 ozs blue cheese
  • 3 Tbsps honey
