1 egg , well beaten

1/2 cup sugar

BANANA CINNAMON

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/3 cup melted butter

2 lemons, zest of , finely grated (add with wet ingredients)

1 1/2 cups flour

LEMON POPPYSEED

1 cup fresh blueberries or canned blueberries, drained and dusted with

1 tablespoon poppy seed (add with dry ingredients)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (add with wet ingredients, and subtract 2 tablespoons water)
