1 cup M&M' or raisins or shredded coconut or nuts or chocolate chips (your choice)

1/2 cup walnut oil

1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour (or 1 cup white and 1/2 cup wheat flour)

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup agave syrup or brown rice syrup
