4 oz. extra firm tofu (approx. 1/4 a normal package)

1 cup (cooked) wild rice

3/4 cup (cooked) pink lentils

8-10 (raw) baby carrots

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup water

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder (or more to taste)

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos (or tamari/soy sauce)
