Made these tonight and they were great! Quick way to make pork tenderloin. Used all pre-ground spices vs spice grinding. Not too spicy.

Ingredients for 6 servings

2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. coriander seeds

1 tsp. paprika

3/4 tsp. cumin seeds

1/2 tsp. dried thyme

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

3 Tbs. olive oil

1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

1 Tbs. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1 lb. lean pork, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch cubes

Lemon wedges for garnish
