Ingredients for 4 servings

2-3 green chillies , seeds removed, finely chopped (leave the seeds in for a hotter chilli)

1 onion , finely chopped

a small bunch coriander , leaves chopped

2.0 tsp ground cumin

2 garlic cloves , finely chopped

6 tomatoes

1.0 tsp garam masala

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

4.0 tbsp oil

1 lime (or lemon)

2.0 tsp ground coriander

2.0 tbsp yogurt

1.0 tsp turmeric

3 cm piece root ginger , finely chopped
