  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 x cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp peeled minced fresh Ginger
  • 4 fresh green chilies
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup cilantro/fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 14oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind concentrate
  • 1 small English cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 5 x scallions/spring onions, white and pale green parts sliced
  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
