6 pears, peeled, cored, and cut into large cubes

¼ cup lemon juice

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 cup flour

¾ cup butter

½ cup brown sugar

2 tbsp ground cardamom

1 tsp salt
