1 cup chicken broth (I used organic, low-sodium)

1/2 cup shredded carrots (I used 3/4 cup)

2 cup baby spinach (I used 2-1/2 cups)

2 tbsp sugar (I used 1 tablespoon)

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

4 x chicken cutlets, cutchicken cutlets, cut into strips into strips

5 x large beaten eggs
