1/2 cup Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1/2 cup prune juice

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp plus 1 tsp (5 mL) margarine

5 oz fresh part-skim mozzarella cheese , chopped

1/3 tsp dried oregano

3/4 tbsp fresh chives , chopped

3/4 tbsp fresh basil , chopped

1-1/2 cups 1% milk

2 tbsp lemon zest , (approx 2 lemons)

3 shallots , minced

2 garlic cloves , minced

1 tbsp champagne vinegar

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

3/4 cup vegetable oil

6 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped chives

3 tbsp Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granular

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

3 bunches arugula

4 vine ripened tomatoes , sliced thin

1/4 cup fresh basil , cut in thin strips

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
