I used Greek yogurt for these and it produced the softest, moist muffins ever. This is my new favorite muffin recipe base to use. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients for 12 servings

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 large egg

1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt

1/2 cup fresh raspberries or 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons raspberry jam
