75.0g pack dried cranberries

140.0g whole blanched almonds

225.0g pack fresh spinach

100.0g butter

6.0 tbsp milk

1.0 tsp ground cumin

2.0 tsp each coriander and cumin seeds

½ tsp ground cinnamon

4.0 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

2 garlic cloves

8 large sheets of filo pastry

6.0 tbsp clear honey

150 ml /¼ pint olive oil

lemon wedges to serve

FOR THE HARISSA YOGURT SAUCE

3.0 tbsp lemon juice

1.0 tsp paprika , plus extra for dusting

140.0g shelled pistachios

400.0g can chickpeas , drained and rinsed

2-3 tbsp harissa paste

200.0g carton Greek yogurt

3 large sprigs mint , leaves chopped

4 cm /1½ in piece root ginger , finely chopped

900.0g squash , peeled and cut into small chunks (about 2cm)

12 shallots , quartered
