So easy and amazing - I bought a lot at the farmer's market and we ate it up in 2 days. Leave out for kids to try - don't push it, just have it out at their hungriest hour. Maybe they'll become addicted too! My 7-year old loves these!

Wonderful snack. Don't cut the kale too small or it will get a little too singed.

Ingredients

1 bunch (about 6 ounces) kale (I used Lacinato or “Dinosaur” kale but I understand that the curlier stuff works, too, possibly even better)

1 tablespoon olive oil

sea salt, to taste
