I made these today but use coconut oil instead of olive oil. OMG. Great snack

Careful with the salt-a little goes a long way.

So easy and amazing - I bought a lot at the farmer's market and we ate it up in 2 days. Leave out for kids to try - don't push it, just have it out at their hungriest hour. Maybe they'll become addicted too! My 7-year old loves these!

Wonderful snack. Don't cut the kale too small or it will get a little too singed.

Tried both garlic salt and cayenne pepper as seasoning on top and both work wonderfully!

1 bunch (about 6 ounces) kale (I used Lacinato or “Dinosaur” Kale but I understand that the curlier stuff works, too, possibly even better)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt, to taste
