1 tablespoon soy sauce

3 scallions , washed and cut into strips

1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup canola oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger powder

1 red bell pepper , washed, seeded and cut into thin strips

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 lb flank steak

2 limes, juice of

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

1 head napa cabbage , washed and thinly sliced

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon fish sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon sesame oil
