4 salmon filets or steaks, about 6-8 oz. each, at least 1 inch thick

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons good quality olive oil

2-3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely diced

2 cups pineapple chunks, preferably fresh

1/2 lb mild greens such as Swiss chard or spinach, washed and rough chopped

1/2 cup fish stock, chicken stock or white wine
