1/4 cup dried fruit (we prefer dried pineapple), or cinnamon chips

1/4 cup chopped nuts

3/4 cup King Arthur 100% White Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 cup BakOmega flax flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon Vietnamese cinnamon
