1 lemon , halved

12 baby courgettes , cut in half lengthways, or 4, large, cut into long slices

2.0 tbsp capers , fried in olive oil until very crisp

a small bunch parsley , roughly chopped

2 anchovies , drained (rinsed if salty) and finely chopped
