1 Large sweet potato- Peeled and Cubed

1/2 Large Butternut squash- Peeled, Cubed and Seeds removed

1/2 x delicata squashes, peeled and cubed, seeds removed

1 tbsp salt

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 Large onion, rough chopped

5 cloves garlic - Smashed & Chopped

1 tbsp sage, chopped

1/2 tsp rosemary - Chopped

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt and pepper

1 tbsp butter
