50.0g golden caster sugar

1½ tsp wine vinegar

500.0g tub greek yogurt

50.0g pecans , roughly chopped

1½ tsp cornflour

4.0 tbsp dulce de leche (we used Merchant Gourmet)

600.0ml mulled wine , ready made from a bottle

4 large egg whites

225.0g golden caster sugar
