  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 2 cups (about 10 ozs) halved cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Sliced fresh mozzarella
  • Thai basil leaves
