Oil for frying

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Zaps potato chips or your favorite potato chips

1 teaspoon crystal hot sauce

1/2 cup cornmeal

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 tablespoons salt

1 cup prepared or homemade mayonnaise

1 tablespoon onion powder

1/2 cup masa

3 tablespoons creole mustard
