1/2 cup dark roasted sesame oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

8 wooden skewers, presoaked in warn water for at least 2 hours

1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Pinch salt

3 tablespoons, minced garlic

2 shallots, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons butter

Big pinch pepper

1 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup soy
