1 lotus root, sliced (approximately 1 cup) lotus root, sliced (approximately 1 cup) pcs lotus root, sliced (approximately 1 cup)

1 cup beans, I used frozen Romano beans

1 cup Napa cabbage, sliced

Soy sauce

Vegetarian oyster sauce

Sesame oil

1 x cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of cold water

Peanut oil or other vegetable oil
