The curry really brings out the sweetness of the peas. Next time I would add another 1/2 tsp lime juice and saut?the garlic for a minute or two before adding the peas...it was still a little strong after 3 minutes.

1 1/2 pounds fresh peas in the pod, shelled (about 2 cups), or 2 cups frozen peas

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, sliced

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
