1 large portobello mushroom, cleaned and sliced in thick strips

2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce

few pinches sea salt

few pinches freshly ground black pepper

1 x whole-grain bagel (or bagel of choice), sliced in half

1/2 cup (packed) baby spinach, or regular spinach, torn or roughly chopped

3-4 tbsp green onions, roughly chopped (green portion only)

1⁄3-1⁄2 cup mozzarella-style vegan cheese, grated (ex: Daiya, Veganrella)

1-1 1⁄2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (to finish)
