2 tbsp Vegetable or Grape-seed oil

2 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 tsp Sugar

2/3 cup Fish Sauce

2 tbsp fresh Ginger, crushed or grated

1/3 cup Water

3 cloves Garlic, finely minced or crushed

1-2 Red Chilies, minced

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp fresh Lime Juice or more to taste
