1 ½ cups whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat flour*

2/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 ¼ cups old-fashioned rolled oats

¾ teaspoon fine grain sea salt

¾ teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder

½ teaspoon aluminum-free baking soda

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces

½ cup chopped pecans for topping only

1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest

2 Tablespoons flour (whatever you used in the crust)

1 pound fresh or frozen blueberries or mixed berries of your choice, about 1 pint or 2 cups (could be a touch more depending)

2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
