Ingredients for 1 serving

3/4  chopped tofu

3 slices green pepper

1 cup brown rice

3 white mushrooms

1 carrot

romaine lettuce

1 tbsp honey

desired spices

romaine

lettuce

Preparation

1.

Chop all veggies and tofu

2.

Put honey on the pan and let it simmer for about 2 mins

3.

Add veggies to the pan

4.

Add tofu and mix in spices

5.

Mix together until ingredients are caramelized

6.

Put the mix on top of a separate plate containing cold or warm rice and romaine lettuce
