Sliced bacon: 4 piece
Sliced cabbage: 2 cup
Sliced scallion: 1/2 cup
cooked rice: 2 cup
Sliced the bacon into 1/2 inch-thick rounds.
Preheat a sauce pan with middle heat and put the sliced bacon.
When the bacon turns to crisp,add the sliced cabbage to stir fry them. After the cabbage turns soft, add the sliced scallion and keep stirring fry.
Add the cooked rice and keep stirring fry.
Continue stirring fry with beating two eggs about 5 minutes.
Serve with some white paper powder and enjoy!
