8 oz. uncooked spiral whole wheat pasta

1 can of valley fresh chicken breast drained and shredded

1/4 c. diced red onion

1 c. fresh quartered strawberries

1/2 c. fresh blueberries

1 c. fresh cubed pineapple

1 c. low fat creamy poppy seed salad dressing

toasted pecans for garnish
