1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water

10 tbsp FOR THE DOUGH ------ whole milk

4 tbsp butter

2 tsp Dry yeast

2 1/2 tbsp Lukewarm water

1 x egg

2 1/2 tbsp sugar

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/3 cup FOR FILLING ------- char siu pork

2 tbsp honey mixed with 1 tablespoon warm water
