1 pinch White Pepper

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tsp Oyster Sauce

1 tbsp Water

2 x FOR REST OF FILLING ------ scallions chopped

2 tsp Canola Oil

1/2 POUND char siu pork

1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water

10 tbsp FOR THE DOUGH ------ Whole Milk

4 tbsp Butter

2 tsp Dry Yeast

2 1/2 tbsp Lukewarm water

1 x Egg

2 1/2 tbsp Sugar

2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 1/3 cup FOR FILLING ------- char siu pork

2 tbsp Honey mixed with 1 tablespoon warm water
