115 g Cooked Dory (or other fish with firm white meat)

25 g Flour

30 ml Milk

Salt and pepper - to taste

30 ml Olive oil (for cooking)

10 ml Freshly pressed lime juice

40 ml Olive oil

5 ml Chili sauce (such as Sambal Oelek)
