This must be a delicious tart, but I just wonder how this is classified as low-carb... It contains sugar and flour, which are very high-carb ingredients and can be easily replaced with real low-carb ingredients.

Ingredients for 12 servings

9 ounces (1 cup + 2 tbsp.) unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 cup sugar

¼ tsp. salt

2 large eggs, at room temperature

3½ cups all purpose flour

½ cup + 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

3 whole large eggs

1 large egg yolk

¾ cup sugar

Pinch salt

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature

1 cup heavy cream, very cold

2 tsp. sugar
