Ingredients for 4 servings

250 g of fresh salmon, skin removed

2 avocados, sliced

A small handful of rocket leaves per person

A small handful of coriander

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds, toasted

1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar

2 teaspoons of wasabi paste

1 garlic clove, finely grated

1 teaspoon of ginger, finely grated

1 teaspoon of caster sugar

3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
