salt (to taste)

1 tablespoon plain flour or whole wheat flour

2 beef bouillon cubes or chicken bouillon cubes or vegetable bouillon cubes (or 1 tbs stock concentrate)

2 cups cold water

1 tablespoon oil

1 dash Kitchen Bouquet
