4-5 lb turkey breast (with leg and wing)

Juice of one lemon

Zest of one lemon

4 tsp. olive oil

2 tsp. fresh thyme

2 tsp. fresh sage

2 tsp. fresh savory

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 cup fresh cranberries

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 cup low sodium chicken stock

2 tbs. cold water

1 tbs. cornstarch

2 cups french bread cut into 1 inch cubes

2 cups corn bread

2 cups Stonyfield Farm Lowfat Plain Yogurt

1 lb. chicken sausage, remove casing
