1/8 cup Plain lowfat Greek yogurt (or light mayonaise)

1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped

1/8 cup Onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Roma tomato, diced

1/4 cup Red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tsp Dried parsley

Pinch Salt & Pepper

1 pkt Stevia

1 tsp Red wine vinegar

Optional: 2 Large tomatoes for serving
