1 cup unbleached organic all purpose flour

1.5 cups Quinoa flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. ground Saigon cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup creamy or crunchy organic peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated white sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed Splenda brown sugar blend for baking

1/2 cup Splenda granulated white sugar substitute

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. dark molasses

1/2 cup liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)

Additional white granulated sugar

2 Tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa (optional)
