1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

4 tbsp olive oil

2 1/2 tsp ground cumin

sea salt

1 large onion, finely chopped

2 x cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp ground turmeric

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp cayenne pepper

2 cup cooked chickpeas

juice of one lemon

black pepper

1/4 cup chopped coriander, to serve

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese, to serve
