1/2 loaf of ciabatta bread, torn into rough pieces

1/2 red onion, finely sliced

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

A good handful of basil, roughly chopped
