2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 1/3 cups granulated sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2/3 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons fresh or dried cranberries
