  • 1 clove clove garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup fish stock or reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp capers (optional)
  • 2 tsps butter
  • 1/2 lemon or more to taste
